Q: I only have a rough sketch on a napkin / an idea in my head. Can you still help?

A: Absolutely. You don't need to be a graphic designer or CAD engineer. Tell or show us what you're aiming for, and we’ll help translate it into a physical product design.

Q: What materials do you work with?

A: Wood (plywood, hardwoods, MDF), acrylics, plastics, leather, anodized/coated metals, canvas, and various 3D printing polymers. If you have a specific material in mind, ask us!

Q: Do you have minimum order quantities?

A: Nope! We specialize in single-item builds, low-volume production, custom gifts, and prototypes.

Q: How long does a custom project take?

A: Turnaround time depends on design complexity, material availability, and machine run-times. After we review your project details, we’ll provide a clear quote and estimated timeline before we start.

Q: Can I bring my own item to be engraved?

A: Yes! Take advantage of our BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle / Blank) service. Simply drop off your item at our local shop, and we’ll custom-engrave it for you. (Note: We evaluate items in person to ensure the material is compatible with our engraving equipment.)
